The farm is located near the city of El Ouardanine in the Sahel region. the species raised is Helix Aspersa Maxima. The breeding is done indoor (reproduction and hatching) and outdoor (fattening of new born snail). The start of reproduction is September and the new mature snail are collected in May and June. This is our first year of production and we estimate it at around 2 tons.
